10) The Word was in the world,

그 말씀이 세상에 계셨고

 

and though God made the world through him,

하나님이 그 분을 통해 세상을 지으셨는데도 불구하고

 

yet the world did not recognize him.

세상은 그 분을 알아보지 못했다.

 

11) He came to his own country,

그 분이 자기 자신의 나라에 오셨지만,

 

but his own people did not receive him.

그 분 자신의 백성들은 그분을 영접하지 않았다.

 

12) Some, however, did receive him

하지만 몇몇은 그분을 영접하고

 

and believed in him;

그 분을 믿었다;

 

So he gave them the right

그래서 그분은 그들에게 권리를 주셨다

 

to become God’s children.

하나님의 자녀가 되는

Every once in a while,

때때로

 

Jesus who wants You and I to cross over into new areas,

당신과 내가 새로운 지역 안으로 건너가기를 원하시는 예수님,

 

he wants to show us new things

그 분은 우리에게 새로운 것들을 보여주길 원하십니다.

 

He’s the God of the new songs.

그 분은 새 노래의 하나님이십니다.

 

He wants to fill us with new wine.

그분은 우리를 새 포도주로 채우기 원하십니다.

 

He wants to give us new tongues.

그 분은 우리에게 새 언어를 주기 원하십니다.

 

If you want to live an average mediocre life,

만약 당신의 보통의 그저 그런 삶을 살기를 원하신다면,

 

then just be like anybody else around you.

그저 당신 주변의 사람들처럼 되십시오.

 

But how many of you know

하지만 여러분들 중 몇 명이나 알고 계십니까

 

you will never find creativity in the crowd?

그 군중 속에서 창의성을 결코 찾을 수 없을 것이라는 것을.
