"요한복음 2:1-5 Good News Bible"

 

1) Two days later

이틀 후

 

there was a wedding

결혼식이 하나 있었다

 

in the town of Cana in Galilee.

갈릴리 가나 마을에

 

Jesus’ mother was there,

예수님의 어머니가 그곳에 있었고

 

2) and Jesus and his disciples

예수님과 그 분의 제자들

 

had also been invited / to the wedding.

또한 초대 받았다       / 그 결혼식에

 

3) When the wine had given out,

포도주가 다 떨어졌을 때,

 

Jesus’ mother said to him,

예수님의 어머니가 그 분께 말했다,

 

"They are out of wine."

"그들이 포도주가 떨어졌다."

 

4)"Madam." / "what do you have to do with this?"

"마님."      / "당신이 이 일과 무슨 상관이 있습니까?"

 

"My time has not yet come."

"나의 때는 아직 오지 않았습니다."

 

5)"Do whatever / he tells you."

"무엇이든지 행하라 / 그가 너희에게 말하는

in John's gospel / in the Bible.

The fifteenth chapter of John.

요한복음 15장

 

One of the great chapters

위대한 장들 중의 하나

 

in all of literature.

문헌 전체에서

 

And the thirteenth verse.  

그리고 13절

 

It says this,

그것은 이렇게 말하고 있습니다,

 

"Greater love hath no man / than this,

아무도 더 큰 사랑을 가진 사람이 없나니 / 이보다

 

that a man lay down his life

곧 사람이 자기 자기의 목숨을 내 던지는 것이라

 

for his friends."

자기의 친구들을 위해."

 

Now Jesus said this

자 예수님은 이것을 말씀하셨습니다

 

just before he was going to go to the cross.

십자가로 가시려 하기 바로 직전에

 

He was on the way / to the cross

그 분은 가는 중이셨습니다 / 십자가로

 

to die / for the sins of the world.

죽기 위해 / 세상의 죄 때문에 

 

He was having his last meeting

그 분은 마지막 만남을 가지는 중이었습니다

 

with his disciples and follower.

그의 제자들 및 추종자와
