"요한복음 2:18-22 Good News Bible"

 

18)The Jewish authorities came back at him / with a question,

유대 권세가들이 그 분께 돌아왔다                / 한 질문을 가지고

 

"What miracle can you perform

"무슨 기적을 그대는 행할 수 있느냐

 

to show us / that you have the right / to do this?"

우리에게 보여줄 / 그대가 권리를 가지고 있음을 / 이러한 일을 할"

 

19)"Tear down this Temple,

"이 성전을 허물어라,

 

and in three days / I will build it again."

그러면 삼일 후에   / 내가 그것을 다시 세우리라."

 

20)"Are you going to build it again / in three days?"

"내가 그것을 다시 세우겠다고         / 삼일 후에?"

 

"It has taken forty-six years / to build this Temple!"

"46년이나 걸렸다                 / 이 성전을 짓는데!"

 

21)But the temple Jesus was speaking about / was his body.

그러나 예수님께서 말씀하신 그 성전은            / 자신의 몸이었다.

 

22)So when he was raised / from death,

그러므로 그분께서 부활하셨을 때 / 죽음에서,

 

his disciples remembered / that he had said this,

그분의 제자들은 기억했다    / 그분이 이것을 말씀하셨던 것을,

 

and they believed / the scripture and what Jesus had said.

그리고 그들은 믿었다 / 성경과 예수님이 말씀하셨던 것을

Agape love. .

아가페 사랑

 

A deep love / that you don’t know anything about

깊은 사랑    / 당신이 전혀 알 수 없는

 

unless you are Christian.

당신이 그리스도인이 아니라면

 

It is a very deep abiding love

그것은 아주 깊고 영구적인 사랑입니다

 

that none of us knows.

우리 중 어느 누구도 알지 못하는

 

Now the Bible says, / "God is love."

자 성경은 말하고 있습니다, / "하나님은 사랑이시다."라고

 

Jesus Christ was God.

예수 그리스도는 하나님이셨습니다.

 

Now the reason God created the human race / in the first place

하나님이 인류를 창조하신 이유는             / 애당초

 

was because He loves.

그분은 사랑하시는 분이기 때문이었습니다.

 

That’s the reason / He created the human race.

그것이 이유입니다  / 그분이 인류를 창조하신

 

So God took some dust / one day / and created (a) man

그래서 하나님께서 약간의 흙을 취하셔서 / 어느 날 / 남자를 창조하셨고

 

and put him / in a beautiful garden.

그를 두셨습니다 / 한 아름다운 정원에

 

And God put a man and a woman / in there.

하나님은 한 남자와 한 여자를 두셨습니다 / 그곳 안에

 

God said, / "You can have all the fruit / in the garden

하나님은 말씀하셨습니다 / 너는 모든 열매를 먹어도 좋다 / 정원 안에

 

except one tree.

한 나무를 제외하고

 

There is one tree / in the garden

한 나무가 있다    / 정원에는

 

you are not to touch.

네가 만져서는 안될

 

If you touch it, / you will die."

만약 네가 그것을 만지면, / 너는 죽을 것이다.
